Reflect began in Geneva with the reunion of two childhood friends.
Lisande Lavril and Thomas Brignoni grew up in the same neighbourhood before following different professional paths. Years later, they reconnected around a shared ambition: to bring a more strategic, creative and structured approach to influence in Switzerland.
After developing her expertise in Paris, Lisande returned with experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships and content strategy. Thomas brought his background in digital media, events, project management and talent development in the Swiss market. Their complementary perspectives became Reflect: a Geneva-rooted agency with an international outlook.
