1 — Who is responsible

2 — What data we collect

We only collect what you send us and the minimum technical data needed to serve and protect the site.

• Contact form: the name you provide, your company or brand (optional), your email address, the type of need you select and your message.
• Technical/server data: your IP address and standard request information (such as browser type and time), processed by our hosting provider to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
• Functional storage: a single session entry (“reflect:prologue”) in your browser so the intro animation is not repeated. This is not a tracking cookie.

3 — Why we process it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a possible proposal.
• To operate, deliver and secure the website and prevent abuse (e.g. spam and rate-limiting of the contact form).
• To comply with legal obligations where applicable.

4 — Legal basis

We process this data on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and securing our website, and to meet legal obligations. Sending the contact form is voluntary; without the required fields we cannot reply.

5 — Contact form

When you submit the contact form, its content is sent to us by email through our email provider, Resend (Plusfive, Inc.), so that we can reply. A consent timestamp is included in that email. We do not add you to any newsletter and there is no marketing checkbox.

6 — Analytics

This website does not use Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, advertising pixels or any third-party web-analytics or tracking service.

7 — Cookies and similar technologies

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. The only browser storage we use is one functional session entry described above. See our Cookie Policy for the full inventory.

8 — Fonts and external content

Web fonts are self-hosted from our own domain (they are packaged at build time), so displaying the site does not send requests to third-party font services. The site does not embed third-party videos, maps or social widgets; social media and messaging links (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) simply open those services, which then apply their own privacy policies.

9 — Service providers

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting and delivery, server logs.
• Resend (Plusfive, Inc.) — sending contact-form emails to us.

10 — International transfers

Our hosting and email providers are established in the United States and may process data on infrastructure located outside Switzerland, including in the European Union and the United States. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on the data-processing terms offered by these providers. The precise safeguards should be confirmed with each provider.

11 — Data retention

Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and thereafter only as required by law, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

12 — Data security

The site is served over HTTPS and we apply reasonable technical measures to protect the data we hold. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13 — Your rights

Under Swiss data-protection law you may, subject to legal conditions, request access to your data and its correction, and object to certain processing. This website is intended for a professional audience and is not directed at children.
